This is a new blog that will focus on concrete examples of different types of large scale bioinformatic analyses using freely available software tools.
The aim is to introduce people to next generation bioinformatics with Python using real data sources and suggesting the current best set of tools for different aspects of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology.
